All returns must be within 30 days of your order, and in original condition.
Please note: Original shipping costs, return postage fees, and any applicable transaction or processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
(We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item isn’t as new)
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. Made to order items or sale items are final sale.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you ship to Europe?
Due to current everchanging shipping rates into Europe and the EU, we have currently suspended shipping into Europe.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We do our best to ensure most orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. During busy periods or events, processing may take a few days longer as we carefully pack each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
